It is very uncertain to make accurate predictions about nature. Because the sky is completely clear, but suddenly a lot of clouds can arrive and as a result, it can also rain. Now the meteorological office may be able to predict the arrival of clouds, but it cannot say for sure that it will rain. It can only talk about one possibility.

However, they make very beautiful predictions about the brightness of nature. For example, today's temperature will be a little higher or the sun will be in a beautiful position until the end of the day. And based on that, you can take the opportunity to enjoy some time of the day beautifully. Especially in the last part of the day.
