Hi! I hope you all will be in good mood.
Today, I'm going to share a delicious split Bengal gram( chana daal) recipe with you. Split Bengal gram is high in nutrients that keep you active and energized. When we've had our fill of vegetables and meats throughout the summer, we crave something light and easy to digest. To make this recipe special and delicious, I prepared it in a restaurant style. It's a good meal that can be served with white boiled rice.

Ingredients

Ingredients Qty.
split bengal gram 1/3 kg
Green Chllie+red chillie+black peppercorns +cloves 3-4
Cinnamon sticks+cumin Seeds+salt 1+1+1 tablet spoons
water 1 liter
Oil 1/2 KG
Gingr, Garlic Paste 1+1 tablet Spoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 teaSpoon
Onion 2
Tomato 1

Preparation
Now here is the step by step about this recipe.


Step 1


first we boil the split bengal gram. take a mentioned qnty split bengal gram in pressure cooker add water almost 3 glass and cinnamon then put them on the flame for 10 minutes.

Step 2


now add chopped onion and 1/2 cup oil in the wok ,sauty till golden brown color. then i add cumin seeds,cinnamon sticks ,black peppercorns,cloves mix them into oil.

add ginger garlic paste and tomato . saute till fragrant and color changes a bit.

Step 3

add all mention ingredients (1 table spoon of salt, half table spoon of spice powder, and 1 of red chillie .fry it till all the ingredients mix properly by adding a half cup of water. Then add boiled split gram and fry it for 5 minutes

Step 4

then I add 1/2 liter water into the split gram add cover it for 10 minutes.

Step 5


when the split gram soak out max water then off the flame.and take a pan add 1/2 cup oil curry leaves and pinch of rd chillie powder fry them for 2 minutes.

Step 6


now add the oil into the split gram

so now ready to eat,
for final look add fresh coriander and green chillies to enhance the taste.
