Bitter Gourd recipe - 10% beneficiary to @beautycreativity

Today is December 17, 2025. An other cold day of December it is noon and today is Wednesday.
Today I am going to share with you a very delicious and healthy dish, which is bitter gourd (karela). Eating bitter gourd in the winter season has its own unique taste and enjoyment.
Bitter gourd is rich in vitamins, fiber, and minerals. It has a warming effect on the body and is beneficial in the treatment of various diseases. It is especially helpful for people with diabetes.
Recipe:
First, I bought fresh bitter gourds from the market.
I washed them thoroughly, peeled them, and then cut them into small pieces.
After that, the bitter gourd pieces were fried in cooking oil and set aside in a bowl.
Next, in a separate pan, I prepared a tempering (tadka) using onions, ginger, garlic, tomatoes, and green chilies, and made a paste.
Various spices such as red chili powder, cumin, turmeric, and dried coriander were added and cooked well.
Once the spices were properly cooked, the fried bitter gourds were added to the mixture.
After cooking for a few more minutes, a delicious, aromatic, and healthy dish was ready to serve.
This bitter gourd dish is not only tasty but also full of health benefits.
