Today is Monday, 13 April 2026. When I came back from school, I was feeling a little hungry. I wanted to eat something, and suddenly I got the idea to make potato chips at home.

Homemade potato chips are very good in quality because they do not contain artificial colors or chemicals. They are made in a natural way. First, I washed the potatoes, peeled them, and cut them into slices. Then I coated them with a beaten egg. I added crushed red chili, green chili paste, dry coriander, salt, dry fenugreek, carom seeds (ajwain), cumin, and a little gram flour (besan), and mixed everything well.
On the other side, I heated cooking oil. When the oil was hot, I added the potato slices. When the potatoes became soft and crispy, I took them out onto a plate with tissue paper. Then I sprinkled chaat masala on the hot chips, which made them even tastier.
All the family members enjoyed eating them with raita and tomato ketchup. I also took some pictures of this activity to share with you.
Friends, food made at home is clean and free from artificial ingredients and chemicals. I suggest that you also try making such things at home in your free time. They are tasty, low-cost, and fun to make. It also helps you enjoy your time and increases love and bonding with your family.
