Quarma of cabbage recipe - 10% beneficiary to @beautycreativity

Hello everyone!

Assalamu alaikum !
today is the 15th of December 2025. It is Monday, I was coming back home from duty,in the way I saw a vegetable seller who was selling different vegetables. I was feeling a little hungry , so I decided to cook something. I wondered why I should not cook potatoes and cabbage. So I bought it and brought it home. I peel off the potatoes,cut the cabbage, and wash it nicely.

On the other hand I took onion , ginger, garlic, green chilli and tomatoes. Cut the onion and cook it in the cooking oil for five minutes then mix the paste of tomato, green chilli, ginger and garlic in it. Moreover I poured zera,red chilli,turmic, salt and quarma masala in it. Fried it until it leaves the oil. Then potatoes and cabbage poured in it and cook it until it gets soft. A unique smell was coming out of it.
After 30 minutes the food was ready. The taste is fantastic and good. I tried it myself. Here are some photographs of the quarma of cabbage.
