Variegated ginger - 10% beneficiary to @beautycreativity

Aslam u alaikum !

How are you, by the grace of Allah almighty I am fine.
Today is the 27th of December 2025. It is Saturday noon and the weather is cloudy. I came for a walk but when I passed by a nursery I saw a plant which was like a banana tree. It was looking so good . It was releasing a sweet smell.
Which was very charming. There I took some photographs of it and today I am sharing it with you.The plant is called variegated shell ginger, Alpinia zerumbet 'Variegata'.

It is a tropical evergreen perennial in the ginger family (Zingiberaceae).
It is widely grown as an ornamental plant for its striking yellow and green striped foliage.
The plant can grow up to 6 to 8 feet tall and, when mature, produces fragrant, drooping clusters of white and pink shell-like flowers.
It thrives in a range of light conditions from full sun to partial shade and requires ample water to keep the soil moist but not soggy.
