I did, yes! I used a mostly wool yarn that I got from Michael's in Washington State USA. I believe the brand is called WoolRoy and I believe the color is known as Gray Morel. I used 3.25mm knitting needles on a cable, Knitters Pride brand. :)
They are very simple when you get the hang of it, although that does that some practice. I honestly picked fingerless gloves because I could not, for the life of me, figure out how to make the fingers! Lol! I have a matching hat with a simple braid as well that I will be posting, as soon as I find my tapestry needle to sew in the loose ends.
