Assalamualaikum to all friends and members of the BoC community, may you always be healthy and happy...

My post today is of a long-legged spider I found in the thickets while I was looking for wood. This was due to the net being stretched across the road and hitting my face. Instantly the spider dodged into the leaves.

From a physical point of view, this spider has eight legs that are four in front, two each on the left and two on the right. The other four legs are behind, two on the left and two on the right. Each side of his legs look together. It even looks like there are fine hairs on each long leg.

Judging from the whole body, this spider has a horizontal line of yellow and white colors on the back. While on the flat-shaped head filled with fine hairs that form a certain pattern. Among these patterns are a pair of small black eyes.

In science, this spider has the Latin name Argiope anasuja and belongs to the family Araneidae. For the scientific name, it was first published by Thorell in 1887. This type of spider is usually spread in Asia, especially in Pakistan to the Maldives source. But is this image in this post the same type?, I'm not too sure. Of course if there is additional information it will be very useful.

Here I share some pictures, may be useful...
