Since now, no matter where you go, there are many patients with the same problem everywhere. It takes twice as much time to go to the clinic than the time we take. What else can we do, we have to treat, we have to take treatment, we have to solve the problem, and there is nothing to do.

The photographs that I will share today are of several food items made by my own hands. In daily life, we often try to vary our food. Because we often get bored by eating the same type of food. To remove boredom, we want to make it with a slightly different mechanism in cooking. So I was taking several photographs of the foods that I made here. I take photographs of my favorite foods while serving them and eating them.

Sometimes I make recipes and share the food photographs with you from those recipes. Every food was very delicious even my favorite food. We often try to make our favorite foods at home. There is a lot of difference between home-made food and food. Because we consider the foods we make from our body. But we do not see the foods prepared outside. They serve them beautifully but we do not see the cooking processes at all.

We eat those foods with blind faith. We do not know how they were prepared or what they put in them. Many times it is seen that those tempting foods from outside upset our stomach and make our body sick. Because they cook more with banshi oil. Eating foods prepared with that banshi oil causes digestion problems in our stomachs. Especially gas problems. Moreover, eating like that constantly causes many big problems.

So if we who are conscious people can avoid such foods, it will be very beneficial for us. Because when such outside foods are eaten for a long time, some parts of the body will become useless. Due to this we will suffer and lose. So while we have time, we all become careful and become interested in homemade foods instead of eating outside foods.
