Looks like they have frozen Steem transactions on those exchanges, know several who have tried..
Also can't sell Steem with Blocktrades from my Steemit account as well. they are listing Steem as under maintenance.
2 hours later - still can't use block trades.
Bittrex is working.... all the steem is powered up ... no liquid steem on exhanges
