let's go what materials are used

1	potatoes
2	salt or beet salt
3	water
4	chilies

Step 1:

First I took some potatoes.

Step 2:

Peel all the potatoes.

Step 3:

Cut the potatoes thinly.

Step 4:

Now boil the potatoes in hot water to 50%. Be careful not to overcook the potatoes.

Step 5:

After 50% of it is done, we have to separate it from the water and keep the water flowing well.

Step 6:

Now the potatoes should be dried one by one in the air of the fan or in the sun.

Step 7:

If left to dry in the sun, you will see that the potatoes have dried and hardened within a few hours. If you want to dry in the air of a fan, keep it under the fan overnight.

Step 8:

After drying well, fry them in hot oil. It will be fried in hot oil in just 30 seconds. Care should be taken that it does not get red or burnt.

Step 9:

When most are fried, salt or beet salt and chili powder will be mixed in the chips and ready to eat.

This is how I made my homemade potato chops. You will try it at home and see that this light chip will melt as soon as you put it in your mouth. It is much tastier and healthier than potato chips outside. Homemade chips do not contain any medicine. So it is healthy. We can make it at home and eat it together.
