I understood this point as meaning that I can post anywhere.
The instruction was: “Post your entry in the steem4nigeria community or on your blog.”
However, this requirement should have been emphasized more clearly, for example by adding the word “only”:
“You are required to post your entry only in the steem4nigeria community or only on your blog.”
