    There are certain personal considerations that a curator can take into account. The user in question has been very active on the platform, showing good engagement, but has received little support, which motivated me to support them. However, due to your suggestion, I reviewed the user's history and noticed that they have no intention of growing on the platform, having withdrawn almost all of the Steem they've generated so far. Therefore, I decided to withdraw my vote.
