Community Curation Procedure | Global Steem

A small community with limited curation capacity Global Steem will always try its best to keep the community environment healthy. Sometimes the environment and quality of the community get polluted because of plagiarism, sharing useless content, stealing images without credits, copy-paste from other websites which are not genuine writings.

Community account @global-steem has only 1847 Steem Power delegated community admin and additional 10k Steem Power from @steem.history. From this limited Steem Power, we will be able to give a maximum of $0.10-$0.12 per vote from two accounts. And the total number of votes is 10 per day.

Global Steem will follow some rules and regulations regarding the curation process. These rules are strict and will be followed properly by the curation account @shahriar33 and community account @global-steem.

Rules and Regulations for Upvote:

1. Average all the authors will get the maximum vote from the curation account.
2. Verified authors will get more priority. If anyone wants to get a verified badge then please apply accordingly Verification process.
3. The voting percentage can differ from the post quality and post length.
4. As of day there are only 10 votes for this reason curation process can be delayed but it will be curated anytime before payout.
5. The curation account will always maintain to keep above 90% voting power(voting mana). If it goes below 90% the curation will be delayed.

Rules for No votes:

1. If your posts contain copyright images then curation will be ignored.
2. If your posts are picture-type posts and contain less than 4 different pictures then there will be no upvote.

Rules and Regulations for Downvote & Other Violations

1. Plagiarism will be zero percent tolerance. If any author gets caught for plagiarism will be 100% downvoted and muted that post.
2. Author will get "Under Supervision🚫" badge for violation of any community rules.
3. If someone does the same things more than 3 times will be banned forever.
4. Other languages except "English" will be muted & warned. If someone changes the language into English will be unmuted immediately.
