Unforturnately, I can't understand the video very well due to my weak understanding of German language, but I wrote an article here on Steem about the American Prairie Project back in 2022. There might be some additional information there that you would find interesting.
I haven't checked in on the project lately, but I think it's a great concept, and I hope it succeeds.
