La percezione della propria carriera e in generale del lavoro di tutti i giorni può essere preso in vari modi:
Ci sono quelli che si accontentano di un lavoro fisso con fissi impegni e attività che difficilmente cambiano nel corso degli anni. Poi ci sono quelli che non si accontentano mai che sono attivi come dei pazzi, lavorano poi arrivano a casa e studiano, progettano, fanno molte cose diverse anche in un solo mese.
La differenza tra i due è netta, i primi al primo inconveniente crollano perchè tutto la loro vita è basata su un unico pilastro cioè il lavoro fisso che si tengono stretti.
Caduto quello, senza esperienza e abitudini statiche, difficilmente ci si rinnova per un’altro lavoro; sopratutto per gli over 40.
Analizzando i secondi cioè gli "attivi pazzi ", sembra tutto oro ciò che luccica ma anche lì possiamo trovare dei punti deboli.
A fare troppe cose si rischia di non concludere nulla sprecando energie che magari potevano essere utili in altro modo, per essere degli “attivi pazzi ” bisogna essere molto seri e concentrati su pochi ma buoni progetti sennò si rischiano molte più criticità rispetto a quelli del posto fisso.
Io personalmente @autodidatta14 ho vissuto sia una che l’altra parte e sono arrivato a una conclusione: La verità sta nel mezzo mentre se davvero vogliamo diventare come Elon Musk e andare su Marte, lì si che dobbiamo veramente capire cosa vogliamo sul serio e chiuderci per 5 anni anzi 10 in una cantina a lavorarci sù, senza spendere neanche un centesimo in cavolate, magari inventando paypal!
Ecco a me non interessa diventare milionario chiudendomi per 5 anni in casa però il senso sta nel fatto che, se vogliamo davvero raggiungere i nostri obbiettivi dobbiamo impegnarci solo su quelli, sapendo da dove si è partiti e andando avanti ogni giorno passo per passo senza perdere colpi o magari spendere i risparmi in cose che in fondo non ci servono a nulla!

There are those who are satisfied with a steady job with fixed commitments and activities that hardly change over the years. Then there are those who are never satisfied that they are active like crazy, they work then they get home and study, plan, do many different things even in a single month.
The difference between the two is clear, the first ones at the first inconvenience collapse because their whole life is based on a single pillar, that is the fixed work that they hold tight.
After that, without experience and static habits, it is difficult to renew for another job; especially for those over 40.
Analyzing the latter, that is, the "crazy actives", all that glitters seems golden but we can also find them weak points.
To do too many things you risk not concluding anything and wasting energies that could perhaps have been useful in another way, to be "crazy active”you have to be very serious and focused on a few but good projects otherwise you risk many more critical issues than those of the permanent job.
I personally @autodidatta14 I have lived both one and the other and I have come to a conclusion: The truth is in the middle while if we really want to become like Elon Musk and go to Mars, there we must really understand what we really want and close ourselves for 5 years or rather 10 in a cellar to work on it, without spending a penny on bullshit, maybe inventing paypal!Here I am not interested in becoming a millionaire by closing myself for 5 years at home, however the sense lies in the fact that, if we really want to achieve our goals we have to commit ourselves only to those, knowing where we started and going every day step by step without losing hits or maybe spend the savings on things that basically do not help us!
