What is your opinion on habits

Habits are an important factor in human life. Which cannot be seen directly, but can be understood in his behavior. Habit is a thing that can lead a person to good path and can also lead to bad path. Every person has some habits, some have bad habits and some have good habits. But every person is a slave to a habit. Habits are not formed from birth, habits are formed through socialization and family. Habits are good but bad habits should be avoided by all of us.

Are there habits you have that people around you have complained about? Mention them.

By God's infinite grace I do not have any habits that people around me complain about, but some people around our house have very bad habits. When I go home many accuse me of their names. I don't have any bad habits, because the people I have been around since childhood were not involved in any bad habits. There is a saying that good company lives in heaven and bad company is destroyed. When people are bad when they hang out with bad friends. Even today I am well by the grace of God as such touch did not touch me. If you are involved in bad habits that will make you not appreciated by family and society people.

What are your the strongest habits that has helped you over the years?

By God's grace I have formed some good habits, but any new habit is very difficult to form. According to me there is nothing that people can do. I used to wake up early in the morning till last 14 years and wake up automatically in the morning. The only reason to get up in the morning is to exercise hands free for 1 to 1.5 hours. I try to spend one to one and a half hours every day on my body. This is a good point for me. Because of this habit I am fine till today and there is another habit that I eat by counting the food. Do not overeat any food. Honesty, sincerity and speaking the truth is another habit of mine and backbiting is not in my dictionary of habits.

Do you think habits can be learnt or do you think all the habits we have came from our parents as a result of birth?

Some habits are learned from parents after birth and are a part of success in life.
I think we have a lot to learn and learn from the habits our parents teach us after birth, no parent teaches their child anything like bad habits. He strives to make the future of boys and girls bright.
