What do you think of everyone being a winner on STEEMIT?

No, it will not benefits those that willing to learn. Most of the recruiter doesn't really know deeply what is required of them as the come into the platform. It is only when they read others post especially those selected to be awarded as a winner at the end of the contest, that they know.

If they participate and all are made winner, they will think that all the participate post are the best. Am not saying, participate post are not the best but they should have this eager need to click on other people post to know what makes theirs different to the extent of choosing them as a winner.

Is the idea of everyone winning on STEEMIT fair exciting to you?

There's always this exciting feels in anyone that wins. It encourages one to do more. But what will I be excited for if everyone wins in steemit, absolutely nothing. Reason been that, I will not know if am actually doing well or not. Personally, I should not be rewarded if my article is not meant to be awarded.

That's alone will tell me that I need to work on myself and make a good post, very fair and exciting thing for me. But once am rewarded when I didn't merit to be awarded, I may not be able to learn new things and add up to myself.

How does the concept of everyone being a winner on STEEMIT affect user motivation?

Generally in the platform, every steemian want to put in their best. Which is ideal to me and I like it as well. But once the concept of everyone to be a winner is implemented, I tell you, a lot of people will not work or put in their efforts they way they suppose to do.

What makes me or another person different from me, is the new skills, idea and effort in making my article more original, attractive, eye catching and meaningful when others read. Assuming everyone wins at the end of the contest after sacrificing to make a difference among the participate, do you think next contest I will do that?

Honestly No! That is a discouragement. Nothing will motivate me to join another contest. Every contest is a challenge, so let those that merit it enjoy the benefits.

Any challenges with everyone being a winner on STEEMIT?

Of course Yes! A very big one. No matter the numbers that run a race, all the compititors can't never be a winner. There must be those that lose. Same happens when it comes to writing in steemit.

Your very best is expected if not the compitition will not be really there among the participate and the contest itself will lose the potential or standard, because everyone will have the mindset of afterall whether I produce a good article or not, I will still win.

In essence, for the platform to still be valuable and remain it's standard, everyone will not and can not be a winner.

What content would you create on STEEMIT to be a winner?

According to steemit rule. Every steemian is expected to be original in his work. Make a post free from plagarism, AI, Bot, abide on the contest rules etc. If I make a post be it a contest, engagement challenge, diary game and so on, free from the above-mentioned things, I stand a chance of been a winner.

Also using of markdown, well source pictures, good comments on other participate post gives a chance of my post to be selected among the winner in the platform.
