They are some parents that love to give motivational words to their children, what do you think those children would become? They will become great, because of their words.

Motivational words are words that can make a person move forward and also make you move towards the right path.

There are some things people say that would make you move backward instead of forward. Words like; you can never make it, just give up, you can never move on and so many others more, words like this can never make you move on, because they are discouraging words that make a person move backwards.

But words like go for it, you can do it, try your best, try your luck, you can do better, and so on can make you move forward.

Well let me share a short story with you. Well this story is about a girl who died because of a word being spoken by her parents.

Precious a very intelligent girl, right from her pre-nursery till her SS3 class. Precious a smart girl, beautiful, tall and light yellow completion girl who was about to write her SS3 WEACE Exams, on the day the wanted to write exams, her dad congratulated her and gave her words of advice before she left for school.

Fine she passed all 8 subject's (A's) while in her Civic Education she had (B), her dad was mad at her and also yelling at her at the same time telling her that if she doesn't do well in her JAMB she would be done for.

From that moment she became scared of writing her JAMB exam's. Months had passed it was now time for her to write the exams. Each time, each second she would be thinking about what her daddy said. When she was through with the exams she went home waiting for the results to be out.

Few months later results were out. Precious score was 330 but her father's target was 390 . Well so sad that precious didn't reach the house she just drank sniper and died, the news reached his ear, precious dad cried like a baby.

In conclusion had it been Precious dad didn't say those words precious would have still been alive. So using motivational words can make a child move forward and also choose the right path. So parents use motivational words to encourage your children.
