Contest List on Steemit for Newcomers [Jan 2nd - 9th] — Participate in Contests, Become Active and Win Prizes
Most users who lack content ideas to become active on the platform use contests to fill their blogs. Most newcomers can't find most contests except they want to explore different communities in search for these contests. The tag #contest is used by contest to make their contest visible. So I decided to be compiling this on a weekly interval for the newcomers on steemit so they can't participate in the newcomer challenge easily.
Below are a list of contests you can participate on a daily basis. You can participate in more than one contest. I'll be supplying you guys with contents and contests so you don't run out of contents. Just participate in anyone you can do and leave the rest. You can give it a try though. Any contest you don't understand how to participate and win, feel free to ask me in the comment section of this post.
These contests should carry us from now till January 8th, but I'll be updating the list every 4 days in case there are new contests available. My aim and objectives of giving out this list is to help newcomers and old users as well create contents with running short of any. And please note that I'm not trying to replicate someone's content. My goal is exclusively to help newcomers on the platform make good use of their 3 months.
Note, you should participate in a contest before it expires. So I think you should start from the ones that are close to the expiring date to the ones that are far away.

Download Steem Mobile on Playstore and login with your private posting key. You'll be able to post using the Steemit app without difficulties
You can use https://steemx.org/ to make your posts.
If your pictures fail to upload and you don't use the above alternatives, send the picture on someone's WhatsApp, save the picture and then use the picture you saved on WhatsApp. It will upload without stress. That's how I do and it works for me.

Nonetheless, it will offer them varieties of options to write on. By doing this, their writing skills in the platform would be improved.
