My Neighborhood Watch #78 - Reporting Events Around Us**

Today is result collection day in my children's school. I always look forward to this day because I get to meet their teachers one-on-one and speak with them to know how my children are doing in school both academically and behaviour-wise, see their classrooms because you do not get all these accesses when school is in section. This is also a day I have to pour out my anger if there is any. There is another thing I do that looks funny to my kids. When I enter their classroom, I ask the teacher to show me my child's seat, and I will sit on it throughout my stay in that class.

So we got set and headed to the school. On getting to the school, everywhere looked so quiet that we had to open the school gate ourselves, unlike when the security man did that. On getting into the school compound, All the classrooms were locked. Fortunately for us, the school accountant's office was open, so we walked straight to her office to find out why everywhere was quiet because, on the day of the result collection, the school was usually busy and filled with parents and guardians.

When the accountant saw us she smiled and asked what we had come for, I told her and she said the collection of the results was yesterday been Thursday but never to worry, she would get them for me so we followed her to where the results were kept, and she finds my children's own and gave to us. I could not meet with my kid's teacher to have a conversation about the kids, but my little child took me around his playroom to show me their toys and explain how some of the toys work.

Hahahahahahah......He made me laugh when he said to me, "This Chef hat will fit you, mummy, since you are the chef of the house".

All this was happening in their playroom because that was where the results were kept, and the accountant took us there to sort out theirs. So they had the opportunity to show me what their playtime looked like, and I enjoyed the moment.

The results were kept here by the teachers for people like us coming after the set date for result collection. Although it was not intentional for me, I thought today was the set date. Ours was sorted out and given to us.

The kids Teaching me how a microscope works with a toy microscope. They asked me to put my hand on the microscope so that they could see if I had germs on my hands. They made me laugh today with their little and innocent mind, and I played along, giving them an audience in all they were showing me in their school.

She told good plans the school had for the next academic section, and we had other general talks about the school.
After which we headed home. It was an eventful day for me to share as my little Champs gave me lectures in their school playroom today.
