Hello guys, we all know that so far so good this year has been a tough one and the first batch of this year has been so far so rough for me. From the inflation in steem price, to the rise in the economy and although I came across this contest just tonight I still wish to bump into it with my detailed entry and in this contest post, I would be discussing in details my plans for the year 2022.

My Achievements So Far In The First Quarter Of 2022.

Well, as at the Eve of January First I made a resolution to become better than I was last year financially, mentally, psychologically socially and otherwise and honestly since January I've been trying so hard to work towards that. I'm in 300 level in the university of Nigeria Nsukka and from the period of January of till March I did not but focused on my second semester exams,I even gave Steemit a break because I'm a kind of guy who can only focus on one thing at a time.

And when I was done with my exams for the semester, I began working in a barbing complex as the saloon's online advertising agent and in the end of the month, I got paid 15,000 Naira (approximately 50 steem). And I'm currently back to working on my Steemit Build up. And although I have worked for only 2 months on Steemit I have been able to accumulate a net worth of 250 steem.

Major Setbacks In The First Quarter Of Year.

When I was finally done with my exams, there happened to be some issues with the body governing University education in Nigeria called Academic Staff Union of Universities(ASUU) and the Federal Government for to unsettlement of some promised dues that would be paid to them annually asides their salary and since 2012 this annual pledge has not been uphold.

This has been a major setback to me and to every other university student as this has led to the total shutdown of all Universities in my country till date keeping the future leaders of tomorrow at home today

I actually got introduced to Steemit on November 2021 and all I have worked for us a total of two months, that November I got to know about Steemit and this May due to some setbacks. My phone screen got spoilt beyond repair since December and I had to work to fix it back, that was why I worked during the month of April

This has been a major setback I my steem progress because I remember starting with a few guys here and now they have accumulated more than one thousand steem.

My Approach For The Rest Of The Rest Of The Year.

This university strike has left we the students really idle at home and honestly for a while in April I've experienced this unusual boredom. So my towards that would be killing my idle mind by spending all my time here making posts and reading other people's articles.

I believe killing idleness in my minda the first step to mental stability. I would become busy than usual in this platform because I've always had this mindset that "Rest Is Only For The Dead" so I have to keep myself busy at all times and thanks to this app I see it all coming true.

Also, due to all these unplanned delays and Setbacks, I have decided to get myself always financially ready to face any challenges coming for the remaining part of the because definitely they would come.

My Goals For The Next Quater

Well, since I have nothing more than staying at home to do, I have to engage in alot of activities. I have placed a goal that I want to exceed by the end of this month and making money has been the number 1 goal for me. I have a net work of 250 steem currently and I have placed myself on a mandate of making 450 steem by the end of May, and so help me God!!!.

I also how to achieve a sound mind and still gain alot of creative and inspiring writing skills from Steemit. Because in school I usually get failed for not giving a detailed explanation on terms, I only give the lecturer what he gives me and my course mates said I should improve on that aspect and thanks to Steemit I really see some improvement in these few moments I've spent here.

All apart from that, I've noticed that staying indoors is now making me gain more fat, I would use this period to get myself physically fit, I would begin to exercise more often than normal.

Am I Satisfied With How The First Quarter Played Out? How can I improve??

Well, although I was done with my semester exams which I thank God I did before Universities went on strike. But I would not say I totally satisfied with how the first quarter went. Infact I'm not even a bit satisfied with it, I believe I can be more, I believe I can do more and I'm working towards that now.

It is said that a man is never truely if he has not attained financial freedom and I've finally realized that I'm a very hard way because all my life I thought I can be happy without money, it turns out that without money it's just temporary happiness, it's only an illusion, so yes money makes me happy and I'm going to work towards that for the rest of the year. I want to make 1000 steem by end of June and I believe I can with the right attitude and adopting the culture of perseverance and commitment, I will get there and I believe it.
