My simple plans/rules for this year which I have made are;

• Consistency over perfection: I have a plan to show up every day, even if the efforts I make feel small.

• Learn something useful regularly: Whether it’s a skill, knowledge, or self-improvement habit.

• Protect my time and energy: Saying “no” when necessary to avoid burnout and distractions.

• Stay disciplined with goals: I want to stay disciplined, especially in areas like personal growth, finances, and creativity.

Yes, I believe plans and personal rules greatly increase the chances of having a successful year. They provide direction, focus, and accountability. While plans don’t guarantee success, they help prevent aimless living. Even when life changes unexpectedly, having a plan allows you to adjust rather than drift.

Yes, I have made plans in previous years. Some were achievable, while others were not fully accomplished.

The main reason for the unachieved goals was setting goals that were too ambitious without considering time, discipline, or resources. However, those experiences taught me valuable lessons about realism, patience, and flexibility. Each year became a learning step rather than a failure.
