MORNING

I woke up this morning at 3 am. I needed to read for my exams which come up on Tuesday. After I woke up, I struggled to be fully awake. Then I picked up my book and read. I read from my phone as it was a topic I needed to research on. When it was 6 am, I went back to sleep. This time, I woke up at past 8 am.

I needed to start my day, so I prayed and studied my bible before I stood up to brush my teeth. After brushing, I washed the dirty plates I had and warmed up my leftover food. I also picked up my phone to reply to some messages. I took my bath and ate my food.
By the time I was eating, I noticed it was already 12 noon.

AFTERNOON

When I was done eating, I picked up my books again and started reading.

When I was reading

I have so many topics to cover before my exams on Tuesday. So I just had to continue reading and reading. I was able to cover about 3 topics. My church member called me at some point and said that he was coming around to get his power bank. So he finally came, and we were able to talk a little before he left. At some point I was tired of reading. I took a break and ate my lunch. After eating, I decided to rest a bit. I laid on my bed, though I didn't sleep but I was able to rest my brain. I checked my time and I noticed it was almost time for church.

EVENING

Thursday Revival service starts at 5:45. It was necessary that I leave my house earlier by 5 pm, so I can get there on time. Most importantly since I was the one to take choruses which will be exactly by 6 pm.
I stood up and got dressed. I walked down to church at a quicker pace because I didn't want to be late.
On my way I was able to take some pictures of my school environment.

There are these colourful flowers that line the walkway. And since it's harmattan season, it's not so fresh again. But I still noticed some flowers.
The first tree I saw had purple flowers but not many. I took a picture of it.

After walking down a bit, I saw another species of the tree with red flowers so full. It made the environment colourful. I took a picture of it before it's beautiful.

Soon I got to church and met only one person there, which is my General coordinator. Since it's a holiday a lot of students have traveled and very few are left. As a matter of fact, we were just 10 altogether in fellowship today.
We first started with prayers and I led the chorus section. After the choruses, we prayed for a while before our pastor came up to preach. We actually streamed the message online.
I enjoyed every bit of fellowship today. We were dismissed and I went home in the company of one of my church members who was going the same direction too. I was grateful he was going that way too because it was dark and the road was lonely inside school premises.
After we got outside the school, we parted ways and soon I was walking alone home, I could see people moving around, it wasn't so lonely. When I got to my street it was busier. I stopped by to buy bananas and groundnuts to take for dinner.

Banana and groundnuts
I got a small one for 300 naira, and groundnut 200 naira altogether for 500, which is almost 2 steems.
I got home safely, and decided to write about my day.
