The Diary Game|03-02-2026| Witnessing An Accident Scene.
I woke up this morning and prepared for posting at my health center. I did the necessary preparation and by 7 am I left the house with my roommate to the school gate where we were going to wait for the bus. The buses are usually inside the school, so we waited to board at the gate.
A few minutes after getting to the school gate, I heard a loud crash that jolted me and many others around me. We quickly turned around to know the source of the sound. Then, we found out that a pick up van crashed into a student that was about to cross the road and enter the campus gate.
The boy fell face down and hit his head at the stone by the road. Kai! I suddenly felt a bad feeling. The boy tried standing up and fell back to the ground.
Passerbys quickly surrounded him, and he was lifted to a sitting position.
Thankfully he didn't sustain serious injuries.
The driver came down from the bus and looked shocked with visible trembling of the hands. He couldn't even comprehend the next thing to do.
Arrangements were made to take the boy to the hospital.
Since the driver didn't park well, he was told to park his vehicle well because it was already causing traffic.
And just when the security man was trying to help him move his vehicle and park well, he immediately entered the other free road and sped off. He actually escaped and ran away without waiting to take responsibility for what he did.
No one was expecting he would do that, the security man couldn't chase him on foot either. I saw someone enter a tricycle (Keke) to chase him. I don't know if he succeeded.
The compassionate people around took the boy to the hospital. I don't know the state of the boy at the moment.
This is a fresher who just resumed this session and he got involved in an accident. I pray he won't have any complications.
I can only imagine how the parents will feel getting a call to hear that their son who just started school got hit.
I can't help but also reason how some people are heartless. So this driver had the mind to run away after hitting someone's child. That's really inhumane no matter what.
Does he think he has escaped just like that? I hope he understands that the law of karma is real. “And whatever anyone sows, that's what he will reap.“
So if the boy had died, how did that driver still run away?
Well…our bus later arrived and we left for our different health centers.
We didn't really do much at our health center because there was no client. So we just sat down and everyone just got busy with their own stuff on the phone while some read. We made sure to take pictures at 11am, and 1 pm to send to our lecturers showing our presence at the center.

When it was 2 pm, we boarded our buses and went home.
I had a volunteer meeting by 3 pm when I got to school
And by 4 Pm, I went to deliver some documents to a friend that entrusted them to me. I was able to give it to him, and while returning, I bought some fruits to eat as I was very hungry and tired.
I bought pineapple, watermelon and cashew nut.
