Briefly tell us how your 2025 has been so far.

2025 was a year that I proclaim to be in the church that I will at least purchase land, build a house, and probably have a car. But this is November; I haven't done any. It is just a survival for the fittest. As a student I was eager to enter school this year as a big boy, but the economy of the country is not friendly at all; things are hard. But anyways, I thank God for life; his grace is sufficient.

Would you say the year was worth it? Tell us.

The year 2025 has done as it has made me regret a lot of things, but even the holy Bible said that in all things we should give God the glory, and I can't question God because before the year began, he already knew what would befall it, both the good and the bad. So everything that happened this year was worth it.

Share your most remarkable day in 2025 with us, whether positive or negative.

2025 has taught me so much, so this year I started it with a smile because for the first time in history, I had the opportunity to find myself among the Akwa Ibom State Arise Youth grant beneficiaries. I was very happy to wake up on the second of January, 2025, to see an alert for the grant. Then on the 25th day of March, 2025, I applied for a student grant, and within 3 days I was paid, and I was fully confirmed that this year is going to be the best year for me, and I did not know that great trouble was on its way.

So on June 14 I was about to go to school when my apprentice called me to say that the money that we normally use for business had disappeared. I nearly went mad, but not until I arrived at the shop to confirm it. Lo and behold, N618,450 of Nigerian currency was gone. My investment of so many years was gone. I was mad. I tried my best to trace how the money managed to vanish from my cupboard, all to no avail. I ended up spending other money on top. So I had to just forget about it since there is life, and there is still hope for me, so this year has brought a remarkable thing that I will never forget in my life.

What was/were your lesson[s] about the day you have shared above?

I learned so many lessons about it. When something bad happens to you, first of all, calm yourself and hand over everything to God. And don't always put your mind on money, and always let things go at times, because God's own time is the best; I will have more than that in the future.

"Is there anything you would have changed about that day, or was it just alright? Tell us.*

Yes, if I have the chance to change things, I will ensure that my money is being recovered or it doesn't happen at all. All good; even the Lord God Almighty says in everything that we should give thanks to God. So I give thanks to God for everything.
