The Diary Game: 14/05/2026 || Shots just By The Excavator Came Out Better Than Expected...

it started from how I had to rush and hurry up just to meet the model at the outdoor location where the big excavator was, because I didn’t want to be late or miss the moment, so I quickly got myself ready and stepped out with that sense of urgency, already thinking ahead about how the shoot would go and how I wanted the pictures to come out

Before even getting too far, I had already taken my camera and properly prepared it for the shoot, checking my settings, making sure everything was working fine, and packing it well inside my bag so I wouldn’t have any issues later, and after that I continued my movement straight to the location, focused on getting there ready to start snapping immediately.

On my way going, everything felt fast in my head even though the movement itself was normal, because I kept imagining the setup and the kind of shots I wanted to take, and when I finally got close, the presence of the excavator alone already stood out, giving that strong and solid background that made the whole shoot feel more serious and creative

when I reached there and saw the model already beside the big CAT excavator, I set up my camera properly again, adjusting it to match the outdoor lighting and checking the angles carefully, making sure everything was balanced before taking the first shot, it just felt right instantly, because the combination of her presence and the machine created a strong visual balance, and before even starting properly, I could already picture how the final shots were going to look before snapping, because that preparation always makes a big difference in how the pictures turn out

As the shoot started, she began posing naturally beside the excavator, giving different styles of poses, sometimes calm and simple, sometimes more confident and expressive, and each pose brought a new feel to the shots, making the session more creative and interesting as I continued snapping, everything just started aligning on its own, the composition, the poses, and the background all blending together, and with each shot I could already see that the results were coming out clean and strong without needing too much adjustment

The weather also played a big role because it was calm and clear, not too hot and not dull, just that perfect outdoor condition that allowed the natural light to sit well on both the model and the excavator, giving the pictures that clean and sharp look as I continued snapping, everything just kept coming together, the angles, the lighting, the poses, and the strong background all blending naturally.

And it became one of those moments where you don’t need to struggle too much because everything is already working in your favor by the time I checked the pictures, the results came out really nice and satisfying, clean shots with strong presence, and looking at everything from the rush at the beginning to the final images, it just felt like a complete and successful shoot from start to finish
