Hey to my beautiful Steemit family. @elsa-queen your bestie is back once again filled with positivity and good vibes. My heart feels so light and happy today friends.
I genuinely thanks to my lovely ma'am @ninapenda for organizing this Steemit challenge. Friends I am participating in this challenge. I hope you will like my this blog. Your support and kindness mean more to me than words can express besties.
If you were given full authority for one year in your community or country, what is the first issue you would address? |
|---|
If I were given full power in my country Pakistan for a year. The first issue I would like to work on would be to make Pakistan a truly Islamic country. Pakistan is known to the world as an Islamic country but unfortunately I have to say that Islamic values are very rare in my society. I would first try to eliminate the obscenity and immorality that are spreading in the society because it is destroying our new generation. I would like our youth to be exposed to the real teachings of Islam. So that they can understand the difference between good and evil. I would try to ensure that the religion of the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) is not limited to words but put into practice. The Islam teaches us truth, justice, modesty, respect and the rights of each other. I would like to strengthen Islamic teachings in the education system. So that the children learn good morals from the very beginning. My aim would not be to force anyone. But I want to make Pakistan a better and true Islamic country. I want to make this through love, education and good character.
Why did you choose this issue over others? |
|---|
I choose this issue over all other issues because in my opinion the weakness of Islamic values is the root of many other problems in our society. When morality, modesty, truthfulness and fear of Allah decrease in a society. Then crime, injustice, unrest and corruption automatically increase. I believe that if we bring our country to the true principles of Islam. Then many problems can decrease on their own. Islam teaches us to pay each other's rights, speak the truth, do justice and avoid evil. If these things come into our society, peace and tranquility can increase. That is why I chose this issue. I want Pakistan to become an Islamic country not only in name but also in practice. Where the people live with good morals and future generations grow up in a better environment.
What is that one difficult decision you would have to make? |
|---|
The most difficult decision would be to end some wrong traditions and habits. That even if people are angry about it. Many things have become common in society that are against Islam. But the people are not ready to give them up. I have to make this difficult decision to stick to the truth. I am not care about pressure, criticism or opposition. Some people do not accept change. But if the good of the country and future generations is the goal then even tough decisions have to be made. This decision will not be easy. I understand that sometimes the difficult path has to be chosen for the sake of Allah. Also the reform of the nation.
How would you explain this decision to people who disagree with you? |
|---|
I will explain to those who disagree with my decision with the gentleness and love. I will make it clear to them. My aim is not to coerce anyone or take away the freedom of anyone. But to improve society. I will say that these decisions are not being made for personal gain. This is for the good of the country and the future generations. I will tell people the real teachings of Islam. This teach us peace, patience, justice and good morals. I will guide through examples. When evil increases in society then everyone suffers. When goodness is common then everyone benefits. I will urge people to consider change as an opportunity. This is not a punishment. I will try to win the hearts of people through dialogue, argument and good character, so that they can understand that these decisions are for a better future for the nation.
Friends, this is my participation. I hope you appreciate it. I look forward to reading your valuable feedback.
I am tagging my friends so they can also enjoy participating in this contest @memamun , @kouba01 and @dequeen , @jyoti-thelight , @mvchacin .
I just want to say THANK YOU for this beautiful moment that gave me peace and inspiration to write. The little things touch my heart. This remind me how beautiful life is when we truly stop and feel it.

How do you deal with people in the country who may have discovered the Christian faith for themselves or who are not inclined towards any religion at all? Isn't it more important to adopt a moral code that works independently of religion?
You have raised a very important point dear. In a country where people have different beliefs or some people do not identify with any religion. The most important thing is that we focus on universal values such as honesty, compassion, respect, justice and responsibility. These values are not dependent on any particular religion but still guide a person to live on a moral path.
Mutual respect and understanding with those who belong to Christianity, Islam, Hinduism or any other faith or are completely non-religious is important. If everyone follows common moral principles, then society can run in peace and harmony, even if the basis of these principles is different.
I would vote for you, I guess... For your fictional term in office, I wish you perseverance and good people in the background who share your vision!
Haha I’ll take that vote🤗. I sincerely appreciate your kind words and support even in this fictional scenario. 💛
Hello friend, thank you very much for your beautiful comment. 🤗
You are absolutely right, change is not always easy and it is difficult to get out of your comfort zone, but when it is for our good and for our development, it is definitely worth the effort. Thank you for your support and kind words. 💚
