This is really a very important and informative post. You have very well described the problem of food adulteration and explained its effects. This problem is not only related to vendors but to the entire production and supply chain. You have provided excellent guidance on key solutions for legislation, testing and public awareness. I also think that if every individual understands his responsibility and does not just remain silent, but acts with awareness and caution, then this problem can be reduced to a great extent.
