No, it hasn't happened where I live, but it has happened in other cities, where people have diverted river channels to build. Very heavy rains fell and the rivers returned to their banks, carrying away entire towns, flooding lands. There were many material losses: livestock, crops, some people have even drowned. The worst thing is that it has happened in several cities where the rains have not been merciful.
