Hello good people of this community. I am here to share with you my article of the contest at hand. As a student who is attending school in different part of the country, i happen to be having two different neighborhood experience. Which has rendered me to be having so many experiences within the neighborhoods.

I usually live and stay in the southern part of Ghana. But happen to be attending school at the northern part. These two places have different and separate events, weather and lifestyle. The people and their culture is different and distinct from one another. I would like to talk about my experience in both places.

The northern part
This is currently where i am now. The places is one of the best places one should visit when he or she pays a visit to the country Ghana. I am precisely attending school in the upper east region. The community is one of the places with the most high recording hottest place in the country. The locals here are mostly into animal farming and crops farming. Even though the place there is a lot of sunshine here. It rains normally during the raining season just like any other places. So the people here are able to farm and produce a lot of food crops.

The people here are also very educated and religious. Almost everyone here has a little educational background. Which makes it quite easy for a foreigner to find his way here.
As at now, we are currently in the raining season it is raining here a lot. Which has increased the number of mosquitoes here. They are one of the major challenges we do face here. Due to the fewer number of people here, crime rate is very low here.

The southern part
Ashanti region, Kumasi one of the regions in the southern sector is where i was born and raised. It is also one of the developed and busiest region in the country. The people here are mostly traders and businesses people. So fewer people are educated here. Very few or little people farm in the regions outskirts. Due to how developed and popular the place is, there are a lot of foreigners in this place. Some of whom are Ghanaians from other regions and other people from different countries.

Most people here are also educated. Which makes it a easy for any investor from any place to come and do business here. This part of the country is actually where most rain is being experienced. It rains almost throughout the year here. Which is also one of the reasons why there are a lot of food crops here. Due to the high or massive number of people living here, the crime rate here too is very high. Which is why one needs to be very careful on the streets of Kumasi.

In conclusion, both of the neighborhood i live in are quite fascinating. I really love having both experiences, this is because it helps me to really understand the country I am living in. Also, it exposes me to different people, culture and ideas.

Hello friend, nice to hear from and your love for the community survey activities.

The rainy season has come again and it is interesting to hear that people from your region Ghana are farming to have food to eat.

The people here are also very educated and religious. Almost everyone here has a little educational background.

I love this, being educated and religious is a good attribute for peaceful coexistence. I am sure your people will be accommodating to foreigners and I will love to visit some day.
Wish you best of luck in the contest.

Thank you for reading my article. You should try and visit here sometime as you said, it will be worth it ☺️

I enjoyed going through your piece, you made me see Ghana from where I am in Nigeria.

I hope to visit Ghana someday...thanks for sharing with us your experience in both the southern and the northern part of Ghana.

Kindly do well to increase your CSI, you do that by supporting other authors with upvote. Your CSI is practically zero. I hope consider doing this henceforth.

Your country Ghana is a very amazing place my friend. Definitely there should be difference between the northern and southern region.

I wish you good luck in this contest.

Thank you for your kind words
