The Diary Game | How my day was spent | 11 January, 2023
Good morning everyone and the wonderful community as a whole. Am glad to always see you all alive.
We are still in the new year we were all expecting, I always thank the creator for the gift of life and to my fellow friends. We are all expected to share our diary Game, and that's what I want to do today.
MORNING
I woke up in the morning very healthy and strong, when I woke the weather was very bright although outside was very cool. I later checked the time and it's was 7am so I quickly kneeled and thank God for the day after thanking God, I brushed my mouth with tooth brush and tooth paste. After that I did some sweeping, I tidy up my room and my parents room and then sweep the outside.
I later washed some of my dirty clothes and visited a nearby supermarket to get some noodles as my breakfast 🥣.
By 9pm I followed my grandmother to her farm. When I got to the farm I thought she will tell me to help her plant water leaf, but she told me help her clear a small portion of land so that she can plant pumpkin leaf.
After clearing the farm I was very tire cos it's been long I did bush clearing. I took a rest and in due time she was also done. So we had to return home by 12:30 in the afternoon and when we got to the house, I took my shower and took some rest.
AFTERNOON
By 1 0'clock in the afternoon, i took my clothes to one of my friend who is a tailor to do some amendment on the clothes so that I can wear to my cousin's traditional marriage.
The marriage was by 4pm in the evening, so when I returned back home I ironed the clothes took my launch and later entered the Keke that will take me to a motor park then from the motor I can take a bus to the marriage venue which is in Ini Local Government in Akwa Ibom State. When I got to the motor park i saw a lot of business.
First I saw a lady selling some fresh tomatoes and onions. And a Fulani man selling watermelon 🍉. I saw a lot businesses but i manage to captured some cos I was in a hurry.
I arrived the marriage arena by 4:30pm and everywhere was set the guest from the village and outside the state were seated already.
In few mins time the bride price was paid and what we call "Udua Ibenhe" in our dialect was saved to the guest according to the tradition. The grooms comes from Abia state and thier traditional rights was also done.
Around 5:20pm in the evening the MC other the bride to come out and in few time the groom also came out. The necessary things were done and by 6 0'clock in the evening everything was done. The guest brought thier gift to the couples.
EVENING 🌃.
I couldn't go back that day due to my distance, I had to sleep over and come back the next day. So my aunt gave me room to sleep, but before sleeping I had to take my shower and ate rice after that I slept off.
That's how I spent my day, thanks for going through. I invite @mesola @negro-bby @tayyba1234 to participate.
