Greetings friends of Steemit and Steem4Nigeria

It's always exciting to make post in a community like Steem4Nigeria. Before I start I would like to invite two fellow Steemians @crismenia and @eveetim to participate in the contest.

On 3rd October I visited the place of occurrence that is RG KAR Hospital and Medical College where the victim's statue was installed on the previous day of Mahalaya when Devi Durga pandal decoration occurred in full swing and some places pandal was inaugurated also.

In demand of the justice protest was continued. There was street drama organised by school alumni in the locality.

I hard about one of the Clubs in our locality made a image of Durga in joint collaboration with the Irish consulate based on theme of Irish goddess Denu of female empowerment . Artists of both the countries jointly created the pandal with bamboo slices. I couldn't enter on the first attempt because I didn't have the valid entry pass which has been issued by 25 Durga Puja committees against payment of 3000 INR (100 STEEM) for a couple. However next day I visited the pandal as it was open to all.

In the meanwhile Senior doctors suggested withdrawal of cease work by Junior Doctors as it was hampering the service to the common people who are also in support of the demand of justice. They had a joint meeting for over 10 hours. It was decided that they will announce their decision after a rally but they had to seek the court order to conduct it, as police did not give permission. The rally reached at the heart of the City where they declared that the cease work withdrawal. But they also announced that they will provide 24 hours to the State to fulfill their demands.

Unfortunately there was no call by the State for any discussion within the stipulated time period. The Junior Doctors were hindered by police for making a stage in pleas of puja. The next day they announced that seven junior doctors will go for a hunger strike till death if demands are not fulfilled.

Even after 84 hours there was intimation from the State for any discussion in this matter. However the Chief secretary along with Health held a press conference to intimate the safety and security work progress in medical colleges of the city.

50 Senior Doctors also submitted mass resignation from the consensus for the Junior Doctors hunger strike.

Yesterday I visited the place where Junior Doctors sat on the hunger strike. The place was overcrowded. I couldn't see any participant. There health is detoreting. Blood pressure and blood sugar level are decreasing.

CBI has submitted the preliminary charge sheet to the criminal court. This is done for preventing bail of main accused. Still the main suspect has not accepted his crime and witness any incident.

While I was going to the place I saw few people bringing their idol of Durga. I also saw the decorative pandal at the entrance of metro station.

Today is the sixth day of Navaratri called Sasthi when the retuals of incarnation of Durga commence. There are three more days to celebrate Durga Puja in Kolkata and on the fourth day godess is immersed in the rivers and water bodies.
