in Steem4Nigeria2 years ago (edited)

Hey steem4Nigeria, thanks to the engagement challenge contest going on I finally found another community that has my country in mind, you guys really came up with an awesome challenge, I thank you for pushing our writing ability once more, here I go 🏃🏃🏃🏃🏃,

Introduction

Am a Nigerian by nationality, my country Nigeria was originally brought together and named by our colonial masters the british, in the year 1914, and after a long period of time we achieved independence in the year 1960 October 1st, which happens to be my birth month, so lovely 💖💖💖.

My country is the most populous country in Africa, we have up to 371 tribes to be more precise; Hausa, Yoruba, Ijaw my tribe, Igbo, Ibibio, Tiv, Fulani, Knuri, and others.We are a country also blessed with natural resources such as; natural gas, limestone, petrol, coal, minium, tin, and iron ore, we also have 500 indigenous languages, our official language is English language. Amazing right let's move on to finding out, who is the current president of Nigeria, our president is on other than president Muhammadu Buhari. we use what is called Naira as a legal tender for exchange or will I say for buying and paying for goods and services, originally we started with coins which were called kobo, and as time goes on the use of kobo has gone down and paper currency is been used mostly and this currency was introduced on January 1st 1978. We have two top major religion being christianity and Islam. We have very beautiful flag which stands for our outstanding quality, the white colour in the flag stands for peace and the green our vegetations. I hope with this I have taken you on an overview about my country.

I know your already in a dreamy state, you can watch videos on how to prepare this and then try it out home, and don't forget to share your experience with us.

  • Working environment/schools
    My country schools or so to say working environment prepares you for the harsh treatment life can give you, alot of people complaining but I see it as a blessing, it helps you face life harshest treatment on time, so when your there you just pass through it with ease because you have faced it before, it's so easy when you have had practical experience. Like for example me am learning alot from the system, I have found steemit and now blogging which expands my knowledge and still earn.

Reasons why I prefer my country than any other

I prefer my country over other countries for this reasons, I will only be mention 3 which are;

  • The dishes, it definitely has to go to the dishes first, like I like to say "Man must chop" it's just a way saying you need food to survive, and that exactly what is needed, Nigerian dishes cures some disease and help build strength that's why I love it more than others. To be honest the soup I ate yesterday really hit my stomach quality sector and scored 100%, if it was a post all curators on steem will vote it.

  • Festival, our festivals are awesome, they are really worth watching, honestly I love them so much especially the ones dedicated to foods 😁😁, by the way am not a gluten.

  • The working environment is another one I love so much, that's all for now.way, it would when it's prepared.

Reasons why I would come back to my country no matter the greeer pasture I find

  • I will come back because I love my home dishes, one thing am sure of it won't taste the sameway when it's prepared in other countries.

  • The working environment improves my strength to beat life challenges with a smile on my face.

  • The Festivals brings about unity to my home land seeing those smiley faces of my people is worth gold to me.

I use this medium to invite @ijelady, @estyroberts and @chiabertrand
