• The reward system: This is one of the things I so much like about Steemit. On Steemit, users can earn cryptocurrency from creating quality content, commenting, and supporting others. Unlike other social media platforms where only the owner of the platform gets to earn from it. On Steemit even ordinary users have equal opportunities with old users to earn from their effort and creativity.

• Freedom to share ideas: Steemit allows every user to express themselves through stories, blogs, art, photography, finance, education, and many other topics. Users from different countries and background can share their experiences freely on Steemit, which makes the platform diverse and educational because users get to learn from one another.

• Strong community support: On users are encouraged, especially newcomers and anyone can organise contests, and help others to grow. The interaction between users helps create teamwork and friendship.

If I wanted Steemit to be a place where there is

• Fairer Reward Distribution I would like the Steemit platform to reduce situations where only a few users receive most of the rewards while a lot of quality content is ignored. This is because having more balanced support for good content would encourage users to remain motivated and active.

• **Better Newcomer support: "A lot of newcomers struggle to understand the Steemit platform like how it works and a lot more which I would like Steemit to improve tutorial, mentorship system, and guidance programs for newcomers to learn and grow..

• Faster Action Against Abuse: I would want the Steemit platform to respond quickly to plagiarism, AI, fake engagement, and any form of abuse of power.

What one thing do you think can be done on Steemit to prevent any case of injustices or favouritism?

The one thing I do think can be done on Steemit to prevent any case of injustice or favouritism is transparency. Community leaders, moderators, and curators should clearly explain the reasons behind selecting a user's posts, upvotes, etc should be stated. Also when a user gets to know the reason why his or her post is supported it helps to reduce suspicion and build trust in the platform.

Yes, I would still vote on your post if the post deserves to be voted on. Steemit is a win-win platform, and I think personal disagreements should not influence our fair judgment. Also, the responsibility of the curator is to evaluate content based on originality, ,effort, quality and engagement and not based on personal feelings.

Here on Steemit, if we allow personal issues to affect our decisions it can lead us to having bias and discourage other users from contributing positively to the Steemit platform.
