So far this year, is there something new in your city you would like to share with us? Fuel increase, price of things, a protest, a robbery, or any other gist.

A lot is happening in my city which I am sure that what is happening in my city is also happening in other cities as it has become a general issue. In my city when you go to the market to buy something, you will be shocked by the price of things in the market which both buyers and sellers are complaining about.

Sellers can no longer buy goods in large quantities and buyers can no longer afford to buy quality goods in large quantities because of the high price of goods. As of early this week, when I went to the market I couldn't believe the things I bought after spending a huge amount of money to get them, my estimated budget wasn't even enough for me to get the items on my list, so I had to adjust it to scrape out some and buy some of half quality.

The price of fuel is another issue that people are facing in my city, as the increase in the price of fuel has resulted in an increase in the price of transportation. A liter of fuel at a fuel station is sold for ₦1,400 which is equivalent to 18 STEEM. The increase in fuel prices happened this month which the government is now saying is because of the crisis going on in the Middle East. It's well, and let things get that's all that I can say.

Can you say you have made any progress so far this year? Tell us about it.

Yes, I have made progress so far this year despite all the challenges I am still making progress little by little. In my personal life, I have made progress in my academic pursuits, and I have made a little financial progress in settling my bills and assisting loved ones and friends.

Here on the Steemit platform, I have made progress by growing my Steem power to the amount it is which at the beginning of this year I was having close to 50k, but today I have made good progress.

If you have an opportunity to make your city better what will you do?

People are going through a lot in my city which is the cause of all of these suffering is the high cost of things in the marke, increase in fuel price and transportation which if I have an opportunity to make my city better I will subside the price of goods and services, the price of fuel and provide a better means of transportation in the city.

I would subsidize the price of fuel so it can be sold cheaply, which would help to bring down the price of other goods and services in the city. After doing this I will provide my city with coaster buses to ease transportation in the city. Doing all of these will reduce the rate at which people are suffering in the city.

Let's say you are given a choice to decide to leave your city for another city better than your current one and would be sponsored or you are given a huge amount of money to stay back in your city, what will be your choice? And why?

I like the city that I am currently in, but today, if I am given a choice to decide to leave my city for another city better than my current one and would be sponsored, I will leave my city based on the grounds of security and opportunities that are outside.

Security is not guaranteed in the northern part of Nigeria which I have been thinking of even relocating out of the northern part of Nigeria to a better city where security is at least guaranteed. Life first before any other thing which I wouldn't want to risk my life in the hands of insecurity. I will leave my city with immediate effect if I am sponsored to a better city.
