My Fitness Diary || 06 04 -2026 || Lower Body Exercise Week

Hello fitness enthusiast, I believe y'all enjoy your last week fitness routine like I do, well it's my pleasure to welcome y'all to this week fitness routine, literally I've been rotating my routine with my fitness enthusiast and now it's lower body session.

Last week routine was a mixed routine a mean a combination of lower, upper body and abs exercise so this week is a single out to be lower body week, a few weeks ago I emphasized on the important of lower body exercise, the reason we should exercise our lower body, the condition we prevent by simply exercising our lower.

Some of the conditions I mentioned that week includes, **arthritis a condition of the joint and ....., and I mentioned to you all that the best way to prevent these conditions is by securing a strong lower body in the days of our youth because these conditions play cool in our youth but gets angry in our old days.

So this week I decided to not ignore lower body, the glute, thigh and it's muscle ( hamstring and quadriceps) calve, and the entire lower body, the thing is by exercising our lower body we also get to exercise other parts of the body but the main focus here is the lower body.

To exercise the lower body some of the exercise we executed were squat, squat and calve raise, leg tap, lunges, elevated knee and hand tap and etc, sorry I couldn't capture or video some of the exercise that's why are miss out in the video.

Each routine was executed three to four sets and repetition depending on the intensity of the program, we had a rest between each sets for recovery remember I always say that recovery is as important as the routine because it helps you relax your muscles and gather strength to improve your execution.

Hydration is also important as those that came with water took advantage of it to hydrate their Internal body, when exercising the body development heat which as the results it trigger sweat, the sweat helps the external body to maintain a coolness while the water helps the internal body from overheating. We ended the session in stretch and everyone returned to their different destination safely, we had a wonderful fitness day.
