My Fitness Diary || 21 -03 -2026 || An Absolute Lower Body And Cardio Day—2

Hello fitfam; cordial greetings to y'all and I believe you're all having a beautiful fitness journey, this week has been amazing as my fitness schedule has workout as expected, this week we've targeted different body muscles and today I decided to go for lower body and cardio program so I titled it. Absolute lower body and cardio.

Absolute lower body and cardio is that types of exercise that combines Intensive lower body exercise with cardiovascular endurance, it's a type of exercise design to maximize heart rate while pushing the lower body limit.

To make it a high intensity interval, I needed to involve stepboard in the session, so early in the morning I make sure to update my fitness client on the WhatsApp platform to pick their stepboard as soon as they step inside the workout camp and they did as told.

I needed to be in check of my fitness client limit to keep the program in their capability, in my observation I noticed that I have to keep the intensity of the exercise but reduce the repetition therefore I decided to set a particular number for each exercise, in this manner the session was swift and energetic.

So much pictures for a two hours cardio, lower body and stepboard exercise, the motion was real but the workout was realler. Lots of calories was burn, lots of sweat drifted out and the body was healthier.

Incorporating a workout like these drives the body to wellness and greatness, you know it was more like a full body workout except that the abdominal region wasn't a part of the workout, the upper body, lower body and cardio was all in action.

The session was great and the client workout with passion and purpose, to build a healthy heart, a convenient upper body and a strong and unbreakable lower body, every reps, every step and every workout was crucial as they team up to keep the body in a good condition.

The tension of the session was so domineering but overcome it by staying together, by this each client was a source of motivation to another and Together we survived a two hours workout session, this was how we ended the weekend.
