Dear Steemit lovers, today I will participate in the second week of the 29th session of the Steemit Challenge, thoughts and ideas, simple solutions to big problems, going this way, the competition created by @ninapenda, he titled his competition SLC-S29/W2-“Thinking and Ideas!| Simple Solutions to Big Problems!”

The organizer of the competition asked me to choose from a global and local problem such as education, waste, traffic congestion, unemployment, loneliness, etc., and from among them I was asked to propose a simple and practical solution without relying on technology, I am choosing unemployment from among them.

Because I have a problem with unemployment which we see in most countries of the world, especially in our Bangladesh, the curse of comparative unemployment is a little higher, after completing my studies, many people do not get any job opportunities, when people are unemployed, poverty arises among them, social unrest arises, unemployed people are under mental stress, and crime tendency among them gradually increases, that is why we consider unemployment a curse, unemployment is a big problem in our society.

Unemployment is a big problem, depending on which advanced technology we can propose a practical and easy solution, we try to find many solutions to eliminate unemployment, one of which is that those who are unemployed will try to become entrepreneurs and try to do self-reliant work, through this the unemployment problem can be solved very easily.

Being an entrepreneur can start various small businesses, such as raising chickens in their own homes, or doing agricultural work on their own land and eliminating the unemployment problem, running their own business through sewing machines or Modi shops can eliminate the unemployment problem, for these solutions only a small loan can be taken or such work can be started with easy installments from any reliable place.

We can take short training to learn these tasks and manage them well, by acquiring technical and practical training we can learn these tasks and easily eliminate our unemployment, along with this we can join any market to sell our work in our business easily.

Those of us who will start these activities to eliminate unemployment need support from our families and society, so that they can get the courage to run this business safely and without any mental stress, this does not require any major technology or higher education, these activities can be done in both clubs and cities, these activities can make them financially prosperous.

Many people can benefit the most from this solution, one of which is the unemployed youth, because after completing their studies they do not get a job despite trying in different places, through these methods they can work independently and can arrange their own income and employment, also the low-income people of the villages can become financially transparent by running such businesses.

Unemployed youth and the lower-income people of the villages often get involved in various criminal activities due to financial crisis, if they can improve their economic condition through these solutions, then they will also benefit a lot, and through them many more people will be provided with employment.

I think there will be some challenges and limitations in the solution to this unemployment problem, one of which is the lack of sufficient initial capital to emerge and start a small business, many unemployed people naturally do not have money, so they will need some money to start such work and small business.

Again, even if they start such work, due to lack of experience and lack of proper concept of the work, those unemployed people may fail, therefore, after starting the work, it is necessary to acquire the right training and the right knowledge of that work, this can also be a big challenge.
