Assalamu Alaikum, first of all, thank you to @ninapenda SLC-S28/W1 - "Local Flavor, Global Twist!" I also participated in the first week of SE Challenge S:28. I am also presenting a breakfast recipe I made in this first week. I am making a healthy breakfast item so that everyone in the house, young and old, can eat it.

Share your before and after meal (original + global twist), you can add the processes and give the name and origin of your local snack.

Recipe :

🥪 First, put the pan in the oven and lightly toast the bread.

🥪In a pan, make a scramble with eggs and salt.

🥪 Mash the boiled potatoes. Fry the mashed potatoes in light oil with the noodles' spices.

🥪 First, put the sauce on the bread, add the mashed potatoes, scrambled eggs, and cut the boiled eggs into it. Put another bread with a light sauce and put it on top of that bread.

🥪 Make 2 breads like this and cut them in half. Cut and serve.

What global elements or ideas did you add to give it a new look?

Ingredients:
🥪 Sliced ​​bread 4 pieces 🍞
🥪 Eggs 2 🥚
🥪 Boiled potatoes 🥔
🥪 Tomato sauce🥫

There are many types of vegetables in winter, you can also add them, I didn't have them so I just used potatoes. It would have been better if I added lettuce leaves and coriander leaves here, but I didn't have them. This breakfast can be made very easily and quickly with some ingredients that are available at home. It is much healthier for everyone as a light breakfast.

How did the new version taste or look compared to the original version?

In the original version, it was a bread, but we tried to change its taste by adding some more nutritious ingredients, which has become a healthy breakfast for the masses. Although it is not our local taste, it is a very popular food. In the new version, it has changed its color a bit due to frying it in very light oil. However, it looks a bit thicker due to the addition of egg. Its taste has changed and the addition of sauce makes it even more delicious.

This is my niece's favorite. I have given it to other members of my family and they said it was good but my sister said to use a little more oil in it.

What inspired your creativity in this dish?

There is very little creativity here, it is just an attempt to change the taste of a prepared dish in a short time to make it delicious. Even if the bread does not taste good, if you make it in such a way that my niece does not refuse to eat it, which is why it is made so that she gets the necessary nutrition for breakfast. However, it can be decorated beautifully for presentation.

You used what you had at home, and that was the idea. When we have children at home, we always have to be mindful of those nutrients. I like potatoes; they add a lot to the meal. Bread is practical and very popular. Good luck with the challenge!

Here you have prepared a wonderful recipe using bread, tomato sauce, boiled potatoes and eggs as global ingredients. I have never tried this dish before and you have given it a great taste. It is said that the taste increases a lot after adding boiled potatoes. Best wishes to you.
