After a long time, I went to play badminton with my friends. I feel very good about this badminton game. Due to my busy schedule, I can't play all the time, but sometimes we go to play different games on behalf of our company.

Badminton provides physical exercise and keeps the body healthy as well as increases the blood circulation which increases the immune system of our body and this is why we all need to play sports.

We may think that only boys can play this game but the truth is that this game is very beneficial for girls because girls are always indoors so they can't do any physical exercise.

Due to modern technology mobile we are losing interest in sports but if we pay attention to sports our energy increases, thinking power increases along with mental body laziness is reduced.

Yesterday I enjoyed the game very much while playing I could not collect these pictures these pictures were collected by my friend's phone because I left my phone at home.
