It means that this stress had an important part in every field of life. from stress you can't save yourself, but due to this, your ability to think and ebergy ends, you can't handle things, because of this stress, you waste a lot of your time. This happened to me last semester, last time I didn't prepare well for the semester and the papers came and I was so stressed that day that I had not even eat and drink because when the semester about to end I had high hopes for it but on the other hand I also remembered that I had didn't prepared so well but i didn't know how to control the stress. I tried very hard to control but failed.Then i had a chat with my friend then she told me That you need to work your mind first, you need to remove all negativity from your mind or thinking that you can be better than others because you had our own colors and styles so just have to perform well with others. And these words are magical for me Sometimes it's good to have someone's advice. I changed my mind according to her advice and stopped thinking that I need to grow from someone. I just need to do good in my life. I started thinking that the stress in my life has reduced considerably.

No, not at all, every person is used to just dress. I would also like to tell then that this stress is not the solution to any problem. I always blame my mother for the same thing.she has a habit of making every little thing bad and make tension and stressing herself up, so I always tell her that don't think too much about what hurts you. Stressing up doesn't help you. You are a brave woman. You should fight for yourself but not with the help of stress, you are ruining your health. She doesn't listen to me, but maybe one day she will listen.

I would like to say to the person in the stress that God gave us this life to enjoy to be happy, but we as human beings build a buliding of stress in our life due to we are worried about career, our progress and our studies so much. Made it so that we got caught up in it ourselves and became stressed and that's why the competition started and because of the stress we messed up our life when we took it upon ourselves to fix it within the damaged ourself We should meet good people, listen to good music, take care of health, stress completely runined your ability to think and everything that gives you a little stress please far away from it because it is in your hand how you manage your stress.
