Assalamu Alaikum. Hope everyone is well. Thank you very much for organizing this competition today @ninapenda. Actually a very great competition. We will see many beautiful ideas from this competition. I myself have also given very beautiful ideas. If I get full authority for a year, how will I manage it? I have answered through four very beautiful posts. Actually, you will understand after reading. Let's get started.

If you were given full authority over your community or country for a year, what problem would you solve first?

• This question seems great to me to be honest. If I get full authority for a year, then of course I will first take the initiative to eliminate the crisis of education and human values. Because if there is education, then there will never be an opportunity to commit unjust crimes.

If there is no opportunity to commit unjust crimes, everything will become peaceful and humane. And if there is no education, then there is no humanity. My first and main goal will be to awaken the sense of humanity through education. There are still many people who are outside basic education. Because of which they do not have a sense of humanity.

If there is awareness and a sense of humanity, then a beautiful environment will definitely develop. I want to create an opportunity where everyone will have equal rights. Everyone can live with honesty and responsibility in their feelings. Because only humane people can create a peaceful and developed world.

Why did you choose this problem over others?

• I think the biggest problem is education and humanity. If human values are right, everything can be right. Education and humanity are the root of many problems. And only if the root can be weakened can proper education and human values be created among people.

Educated and humane people can consciously stand against corruption, violence, discrimination and injustice. If such injustice, oppression and exploitation persist, then a structure will never develop. If humane people exist, then a beautiful environment will be created. Therefore, this problem seems to me to be the most important for the establishment of humanity.

Do you have a difficult decision to make?

• Many difficult decisions will have to be made in implementing my goal. If difficult decisions cannot be made, it will never be possible to manage properly. I will first try to reduce the budget in unnecessary sectors and invest more in education and human development.

If more investment can be made in human and educational development, it will be more convenient to work. And it is likely to be accepted by everyone. But it will have a lot of impact on some influential groups. Even though it is difficult for them, it will have to be implemented with tough decisions.

If long-term humanity can be established rather than immediate popularity, then it will be possible. And for this, I have to take this tough decision. I have to take the tough decision to prioritize long-term humanity and education. Implementing this decision will be very difficult but the most urgent decision.

How would you explain this decision to those who disagree with you?

• I will treat those who do not agree with me well, respect and sympathy, and I will explain to them. I will first explain to them that this decision is not against any group, if it is established, it will be good for everyone. Everyone will be able to live freely like everyone else. At the end of the day, everyone wants to live freely.

I will try to explain to them again and again that if education and humanity can be established, then misdeeds, injustice, oppression, exploitation will all be eliminated. Truth, justice, humanity and rights will be established. For this, the establishment of education and humanity is very necessary. If it can be explained well to everyone, they will definitely understand.

They also have to be explained that you are conscious citizens, if you cooperate with our work, the country will develop in a very beautiful way. And if we can do this, the immediate benefit is that there will be a long-term solution. In this way, I will explain to them with real examples and education and reason. And I will explain to them with various important examples.
