Application for February 2023 Community Curators

I hereby apply to be a community curator for the month of February, 2023. This is in response to the update from you.

A brief summary of your history on Steem.

I joined steemit on 26th July, 2020. So I am 2 years and 6 months in the ecosystem. And ever since then, I have been active here through thick and thin.

My activities here in steemit speaks volumes. I have not stayed a day away from steemit ever since I joined.

I have always encouraged fellow steemians to remain active by organizing contests and rewarding them with the little I have.

I have actively grown my steempower to 56,694.06 sp. And with time, I will hit another milestone of 60k sp if all things work out as planned.

Details of any positions of responsibility you have held on Steem.

I am currently a member of Team Newcomers Curators for January 2022, handling SC09. I am glad to be one of the pioneers of that team ever since it was introduced. So I have already served for 2 months in the team.

I am currently a country representative for Nigeria. I have held this position from March, 2021 till date.

I am also a greeter in newcommers community, reviewing achievement posts for newcomers who join steemit. And verifying those achievement posts that meet the qualifications ever since I became a country representative for Nigeria till date.

I am an admin in steem kids & Parents community and Steem4Nigeria community. I am also an mod and Nigerian Representative in Steem for Ladies Community. I handle curation account of steem kids & parents community.

I was once a community curator with , life And Humanity curation team including the diarygame and we curated from February till March. Then I joined 7up team for April curation till
July, 2022 where we focused on steemgrowth, contest and burnsteem. I have also been a curator with Team 01 and team 02.

Details of specialist or professional skills or expertise you have in ‘real life’.

My off chain profession is Accountant, but I am an entrepreneur, I am currently undergoing a preparatory classes in preparation for an entrance exam into Basic Midwifery program and with all I have learned so far, I can be able to curate publications that bothers on health, business, finances and others.

I am a house wife who takes care of the food at home and the goings on around the home. Hence, when you talk of Publications about diarygame, food and other related publications, I am good at it.

I love multitasking, I am still one and this has always given me an edge wherever I find myself. I am humble and I love working as a team to forestall any mistakes that might occur.

What country you live in and what languages you can read fluently.

I am a Nigerian and I speak English and Igbo which is my language of birth very well. In case of having to curate publications in other languages, that is not a problem because of translators.

I will like to be a curator with Team Newcomer, or any other team that I am assigned to. I can always cope. In fact, it will be a great honor to be exposed to other articles so as to learn more as I read and curate them. I will be willing to curate any specific articles on any areas I am assigned.

The minimum team size you would be willing to serve in (1 - 7).

I have had experience curating with a team of 7 and 4. I love the team sizes of 7 for now due to my tight schedule. But I will be willing to work with any team size that I am assigned to work with. I have no issues.

Conclusion

It will mean a lot to me if I am given another opportunity to curate again as a member of community curation team. I have always enjoyed doing that. Thanks a lot for your anticipated positive response to my application.
