My Observation:

Judging from the current insecurity in Nigeria, it is of great sense that you address this issue once in command, but since its a regular thing that we all know, it would have been better if you had shared some the measures you would use to get this work done because the government has failed us.

I doubt the possibility of making decisions all by yourself without involving a soul. No matter how well you think you know your subordinates, you must have that one Judas among them, so I think that decision making is a collective thing.

I bet you, 99% of the members would disagree with you instantly.
