My Observations:

Your solution idea is good. Unemployment has so many ways of solving it, I believe you still have more light to throw on that.

Now, there are so many challenges unemployment solutions might face in the future when you think you must gotten the right processes. I don't think you taught of the lack of funding....

What happens when you have shortage of fund in the working process?

How much more poor implementations of policies. It is easier planned on paper than execution. The paper carry the plan while people fail in carrying out the plan most times. I think you need to revisit this matter.
