My Observations:

But you also know these side-walk shops are helpful for emergencies. Imagine waking up one morning to notice you lack cooking oil and you urgently needed to cook, the only option would be the side-walk shops.

I don't think taking them entirely off would be nice but they shpuld rather be given a space to trade.
