My Observations:

At this point all I can say is yes, everyone has their own way of raising children but this calming a child with the phone shouldn't be normal. While growing up, we got to a certain age, before touching a cell phone, that was at a youthful age.

But these days, babies play with phones for distractions. I know it helps some mothers get focused in doing their work but still, the mindset should be changed.
