My Observations:

Having a joint business without a proper guidelines, rules or goals, brings the business down, that is why the saying, “there is no family in business.” You all trusted yourselves at first but when the business started growing, some people began to nurture some thoughts in them and at the end the business crashed.

Well, every failure is for a success ahead except one chooses to fail and remain a failure. I love your new ideas.
