My Observations:

You guys just carried out an obligation without a proper research and informations needed.

I don't believe this...

young people without money, without employment and without the proper training, are probably destined to fail.

I think the right thing should be; young people without IQ, with the zeal and readiness to work are probably destined to fail. You and your friends lacked the right plan and informations needed for that proposal to work.
